I have in-person appointments on Tuesdays and Fridays, which are held at Waves Health Collective in Tsawwassen. Online or phone appointments can be booked on Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays, including Monday and Wednesday evenings.  Online appointments take place using the secure Jane app, and you will be sent a link about half an hour before your appointment. Free 20-minute consultations take place via phone call.

My rate is $150 per 50-minute session. Longer sessions can be arranged on an as-needed basis and prorated accordingly. As a Canadian Certified Counsellor (#11263336), my services are covered by many extended health plans. Please check your plan before booking.

I require 24 hours’ notice for no-charge cancellations. However, in the case of illness, in-person appointments can be switched to online instead. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full fee will be charged.
